Since the beginning of 2022, the Vietnamese Immigration Service has limited issuing Visa On Arrivals. They may approve only to those who go on a tour with a local organizer in Vietnam.

How much Vietnam visa fees?
There are generally 2 type of Visa fees you have to pay to get Vietnam visa on arrival.
Visa stamping fee – Pay Cash at Vietnam airport
Stamping fee is gouvernment fee collected by Vietnam Immigration authority when you get visa stamp onto your passport at airport in Vietnam. It is fixed and you have to pay in cash in USD or VND,etc, but USD is highly recommended to avoid any unexpected unbalanced exchange rates applied at the airport:

Service fee is third-party service fee to process visa approval letter (pre-approved visa). The fee amount is determined by: number of entry, length of stay, purpose of visit, processing time…and also by passport holder.

Processing time
Normal processing (2 – 3 working days)

Holiday / weekend processing
You may forget to apply Vietnam visa in advance or by some reasons, need urgently visa at weekend or holiday to fly to Vietnam. Don’t be nervous, you are at good contact. We are able to arrange this kind of services.

Restricted visas
For some nationalities, Vietnam government policies to restrict immigration for many years due to concerns about the purpose of these people when entering Vietnam, irrespective of any individual , that’s why the visa procedures is more difficult and higher fee than the others.

Citzens from those nationalities can apply visa on arrival for the duration of under 30 days maximum. Processing time take from 7 – 10 working days and required additional documents as return flight ticket, hotel confirmation, or even tour package for processing the application.
