How much Vietnam visa fees?
There are generally 2 type of Visa fees you have to pay to get Vietnam visa on arrival.
Visa stamping fee – Pay Cash at Vietnam airport
Stamping fee is gouvernment fee collected by Vietnam Immigration authority when you get visa stamp onto your passport at airport in Vietnam. It is fixed and you have to pay in cash in USD or VND,etc, but USD is highly recommended to avoid any unexpected unbalanced exchange rates applied at the airport:
Visa stamping fee for 2020
US$ 25 / pax for 1 month or 3 month single entry visa
US$ 50 / pax for 1 month or 3 month multiples entries visa
Visa processing fee – Pay online to Vietnamvisabox.com
Service fee is third-party service fee to process visa approval letter (pre-approved visa). The fee amount is determined by: number of entry, length of stay, purpose of visit, processing time…and also by passport holder.

PROCESSING TIME
Normal processing (2 – 3 working days)
We guarantee delivery of approval letter in 2- 3 working days by email (Monday – Friday). Please note: The processing time from 08:00AM to 04:00PMand exludes lunch time from 11:00AM to 01:30PM.

Urgent processing (1 working day)
It is effective for who needs visa in emergency. We will send the approval letter by email in 1 working day. If you apply on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be processed the next business day. The processing time from 08:00AM to 04:00PM and exludes lunch time from 11:00AM to 01:30PM
- Additional charge for expedited urgent processing: US$ 10 / pax
Super urgent (4 working hour):
We guarantee delivery of approval letter within 4 working hours by email (Monday – Friday). Please note: The processing time from 08:00AM to 04:00PM and exludes lunch time from 11:00AM to 01:30PM
- Additional charge for expedited super urgent processing: US$ 20 / pax
Holiday / weekend processing
You may forget to apply Vietnam visa in advance or by some reasons, need urgently visa at weekend or holiday to fly to Vietnam. Don’t be nervous, you are at good contact. We are able to arrange this kind of services.

RESTRICTED VISAS
For some nationalities, Vietnam government policies to restrict immigration for many years due to concerns about the purpose of these people when entering Vietnam, irrespective of any individual , that’s why the visa procedures is more difficult and higher fee than the others.
- Visa processing fee: US$ 145 / pax
Citzens from those nationalities can apply visa on arrival for the duration of under 30 days maximum. Processing time take from 7 – 10 working days and required additional documents as return flight ticket, hotel confirmation, or even tour package for processing the application.
